Dripping faucet
A slow drip today is a bigger leak tomorrow — and a few extra dollars on every water bill until it’s fixed.
Don’t wait on this
Recognize one of these? It won’t fix itself, and it rarely gets cheaper by waiting.
A slow drip today is a bigger leak tomorrow — and a few extra dollars on every water bill until it’s fixed.
Cold water out of nowhere usually means the water heater is failing, not just having an off day.
That gurgle is trapped air from a clog working its way toward a full backup.
A bill that jumps with no change in usage almost always means water is escaping somewhere you can’t see.
A musty smell or damp concrete points to a slab leak or a sump pump that’s falling behind.
Weak flow throughout the house is a sign of pipe corrosion or a hidden leak feeding off the line.

After taking a shower at 5:30 pm on a Saturday my old shower faucet would not turn off—it kept running with the hot water on. I tried to fix it but only made it worse. I turned off the house water line and called Bravo. I was feeling desperate because we had guests staying at our house and they would be back home in an hour. It was after hours but Les got to my house quickly and rebuilt the insides of the faucet and had it working like new before our guests arrived. He was friendly and professional and saved the day!
Bravo Initiative did an excellent job installing my new kitchen sink and faucet. Les and Carlos were very friendly and professional. I'm very pleased with the job and highly recommend their services for quality work and attention to detail.
Carlos resolved two persistent issues (sewer smell from toilet + slow draining sink) with ease and professionalism. The drain issue was such a difficult snaking job that we had had prior plumbers give up without resolution - Carlos got it done no sweat. Cost for services was fair, especially for the quality we got. Bravo definitely gained a repeat customer today.
I had a great experience with Bravo Initiative Plumbing! Carlos was great to work with and he came out immediately to fix our drain issue! He was very friendly and knowledgeable - I will be using this company in the future for any other plumbing issues!
Carlos from Bravo Initiative was excellent. Extremely professional, courteous, thorough, and affable. An asset to the company. Highly recommend using Carlos for your plumbing needs. We had a problem drain that kept backing up. Carlos snaked and scoped the drain to diagnose the issue and had helpful preventative recommendations.
